Who you are buying from

AVERELLE is operated by Mozina Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Your purchase is with Mozina Limited trading as AVERELLE.

We are a multi-brand retailer selling products from existing brands and arranging fulfilment through suppliers. For help with your purchase, email mozina.business@gmail.com.

Orders and product information

Please check the piece, size, colour and delivery details before placing your order. Product information and images describe the item offered. If something in your order is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help.

If we cannot supply a piece you paid for, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that piece. We will not substitute another piece without your agreement. Contacting us about an order change does not guarantee that a dispatched parcel can be changed.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). The total payable is shown before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any promotion applies according to the conditions displayed with it.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains delivery, and our Returns & refunds policy explains returns and remedies. These policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to your purchase, including the Australian Consumer Law. This choice of law does not prevent you from relying on mandatory Australian consumer protections or pursuing remedies in a court or tribunal where you are legally entitled to do so.
