Australia delivery

Free standard shipping within Australia.

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after you place your order. This includes processing and transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Where your order ships from

Our suppliers ship directly to you from overseas warehouses in Europe or Asia. The dispatch location depends on the piece. AVERELLE remains your contact for your order.

Order updates

Email mozina.business@gmail.com with your order number for an update. If we become aware of a delay, we will let you know what is happening and the next steps.

Late or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate. If your order is not delivered, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered order. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain available.
